was founded in 1991
Our programs are available to residents over the age of 60. Thanks in part to funding we receive through the Older Americans Act as well as support from the county, area businesses, individuals and annual fundraising efforts, no client will be denied help because of an inability to pay.

Our Services Continue to Grow
As the senior population grows, and seniors choose to stay in their homes for as long as possible, the need for access to social programs and activities, nutritious meals and transportation will also grow. SSNF can help seniors and their families - our growth over the years reflects this.
