was founded in 1991
Our programs are available to residents over the age of 60. Thanks in part to funding we receive through the Older Americans Act as well as support from the county, area businesses, individuals and annual fundraising efforts, no client will be denied help because of an inability to pay.

Our Services Continue to Grow
As the senior population grows, and seniors choose to stay in their homes for as long as possible, the need for access to social programs, activities, nutritious meals and transportation will also grow. SSNF helps seniors and their families through our growth and creation of new programs and services. This reflects our commitment to identifying the unmet needs of seniors in our communities and responding by continuously finding innovative ways to respond.
